Dr. Natashia J. Hill
English Teacher
An avid Ed-Tech enthusiast with 19 years of dedicated public school service, Dr. Natashia Hill, presently teaches English and serves as the team lead for the Media, Art, and Design Academy (M.A.D) in a 1-to-1 blended learning environment at Bethel High School. She completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor earning a Bachelor of Arts in English. Thereafter, Dr. Hill completed extensive graduate work at New Mexico State University where she earned two Master of Arts degrees (English Literature and Curriculum & Instruction) and ultimately completed her Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational leadership. Her educational philosophy focuses on building critical literacy and empowering first-generation college students through reflective teaching practice. Dr. Hill’s future aspirations include designing curriculum and opening an innovative school of her own.
